One reason to  faux your doors and garage doors is the money you save. A real wooden garage door can be a bit on the pricey side. Not to mention you would have to seal it every six months or so. With a faux garage door, there is almost no need to even worry about taking care of it, other than occasionally rinsing the dirt off it.
